| Exchange Disseminated Time | KZ Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2015, to consider and take on record, inter alia, the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended June 20, 2015.
Keeping in view the company’s policy on prevention of insider trading, as duly approved by the Board of Directors, the Company wants to inform that the Trading Window will be closed from August 8, 2015 to August 20, 2015 (both days inclusive) and shall open from August 21, 2015.
All designated employees and all persons concerned as insiders are requrested not to trade in shares of the company during the period of closure of trading window. |
