| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/01/2017 10:55:37 | Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Result for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3).
In terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of the Un-audited Standalone Financial Result for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 for all Specified Persons from February 01, 2017 to February 10, 2017 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the specified persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities or deal in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
