(b) As of date, the Company has not received any update regarding any identified potential investor(s) from the lenders. (c) The Company can further clarify that as on date the Company is not in on-going discussion with any potential investor(s). (d) The Company does not presently have any information which is required to be disclosed to stock exchanges in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. (e) The aforesaid may also be considered with reference to our November 30, 2016 disclosure to the stock exchanges.
