Pursuant to this, The Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) under the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading By Insiders" would commence from 6.00 p.m. on May 16, 2016 and end of 48 hours after the results are made public on 27.05.2016. |
