| Exchange Disseminated Time | Super Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 25, 2009, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To approve the investment in the purchase of land for expansion of the Company's wind mill infrastructure and other industrial operations.
2. To approve the investment of a sum of Rs. 1 Crore by the Company in preference shares of M/s Elgi Electric and Industries Ltd.
3. To review the operational performance of the Company. |
