Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from February 02, 2017 to February 09, 2017 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on February 10, 2017 for Directors, Designated Employees and their dependent family members as defined in the Code. |
