| Exchange Disseminated Time | Steelcast Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
- Allotment of 20,24,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 5/- each ("Equity Shares") at a price of Rs. 60 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 55 per Equity Share) on preferential basis to Non Promoter Investors in accordance with Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 (including the rules made thereunder) and Chapter VII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009. |
