| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/06/2016 10:56:46 | Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 24, 2016 to consider and approve for offer and issue of warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis to the Promoters of the Company at a price which shall not be less than the minimum price arrived at in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VII of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended from time to time.
Further, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all directors and designated employees with effect from June 20, 2016 to June 26, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
