With reference to the earlier letter dated September 02, 2016, Moil Ltd has further informed BSE that on November 09, 2016 the Company has received letter from Government of India vide letter dated November 02, 2016, regarding extension of additional charge of the post of Director (Production & Planning) to Shri T.K. Pattnaik, Director (Commercial), for further period of three months w.e.f. November 01, 2016, or till a regular incumbent joins the post, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
