| Exchange Disseminated Time | Modern Shares & Stockbrokers Ltd has informed BSE that the Annual General Body Meeting of the Company has been preponed to September 27, 2012 at 10.30 am. at the Garware Banquet Hall, Wankhede Stadium, D Road, North Stand, Churchgate, Mumbai - 400020.
Further the Company has informed that, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2012 to September 27, 2012 (both days inclusive) to determine the names of
the members who shall be eligible to receive dividend.
The dividend to be declared at the forthcoming AGM will be made payable to those members whose names appear in the Company’s Register of members as on Book Closure Date. |
