| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/09/2015 14:44:50 | Greycells Education Ltd has informed BSE that, in terms of Section 108 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules. 2014 that the Company has been offering e-voting facility to the shareholders to exercise their right to vote by electronic means for the business that may be transacted at 32nd Annual General Meeting being held on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, through e-voting services provided by Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL).
Date of completion of sending notices to shareholders is September 04, 2015. The Voting period through electronic means begins on September 27, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. and ends on September 29, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. During this period shareholders of the Company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on cut-off date, i.e. September 23, 2015. may cast their vote electronically. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL for voting thereafter and the shareholders will not be able to cast their vote beyond the date and time mentioned above.
Further the Company has fixed September 23, 2015 as the cut-off date to ascertain the eligibility of the members of the Company to cast their votes through remote c-voting as well as for the voting/polling at the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 30, 2015. |
