| Exchange Disseminated Time | KLRF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, as per the company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from January 29, 2015 to February 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014. The trading window shall open for trading from February 09, 2015. |
