| Exchange Disseminated Time | Harrisons Malayalam Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 19, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011, the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date, the Reports of the Directors’ and Auditors’.
2. Declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs. 1.50 per share for the year ended March 31, 2011.
3. Appointment of Mr. Umang Kanoria & Mr. Ajit Singh Chouhan as Directors of the Company.
4. Appointment of Messrs. Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, Chennai as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
