| Exchange Disseminated Time | TVS Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2013, has appointed Ms. K. Hema Rao and Mr. R. Sridhar as “Managers” of the Company, under Section 269 of the Companies Act, 1956, for a period of one year with effect from November 01, 2013, subject to requisite approvals from the shareholders of the Company.
Ms. K. Hema Rao and Mr. R. Sridhar, will manage the affairs of the Company in their capacity as “Managers” under Section 269 of the Companies Act, 1956, subject to supervision, direction and control of the Board of Directors. |
