| Exchange Disseminated Time | Simplex Castings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 10, 2010, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Appointed Shri Ketan M. Shah, Executive Director as Managing Director of the Company for a term of Five years effective from July 10, 2010. His appointment is subject to approval to be received from shareholders in a General Meeting.
2. Appointed Shri Govardhan Gopal Swamy, as an Additional Director pursuant to section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956. He will hold office upto the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
