"The Company has informed on May 31, 2014 the closure of Register of Members from July 21, 2014 to July 30, 2014 [both days inclusive] for determining the names of members eligible for dividend on the equity shares and for Annual General meeting for the financial year ended on March 31, 2014.
Further, we would like to inform that June 30, 2014 will be the cut-off date for the purpose of offering e-Voting facility to the members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 19th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 30th July 30, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
We shall, accordingly sending the communication for e-Voting to our members, whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members on as June 30, 2014, as an Annexure to the Notice of AGM." |
