| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bhartiya International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2015, inter alia, has approved the changes in Objects clauses and Liability clause in Memorandum of Association and Adoption of new set of articles as per Table F of Companies Act, 2013 subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
In the Board Meeting held on February 13, 2015, the Board of Directors had decided in-principle to consolidate/restructure the existing fashion business of the Company with real estate arm of the group where the Company holds about 30% stake and to hire the services of a reputed professional to explore the options in this regard. |
