1. Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2017, and
2. Recommendation of dividend on the equity shares of the Company for FY 2016-17, if any, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Further, in accordance with the SEBI {Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, please note that the “Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2017 to May 27, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
