| Exchange Disseminated Time | APL Apollo Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window shall remain closed from January 23, 2015 to February 05, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months year ended December 31, 2014 by the Board of Directors in the meeting to be convened on February 04, 2015. The “specified persons” are prohibited from trading in the Company’s equity shares during the aforesaid period.
Thus Directors, Statutory Auditors and all the Officers / Designated employees cannot trade (purchase / sell) in the Company’s shares during the aforesaid period. |
