1. Mr. S Siva Kumar vacated office as Alternate Director to Mr. K Vaidyanath.
2. Mr. S Siva Kumar has been appointed as Alternate Director to Mr. Rajiv Tandon.
3. Mr. Raman Sharma has been appointed as an alternate to Mr. Derek L Briffett for that Board Meeting.
4. Mr. Nihal Kaviratne has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.
5. Mr. Tushar Chudgar vacates office as Whole Time Director effective July 29, 2006 and as Secretary from July 31, 2006. |
