| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the increase in share prices, Kitex Garments Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :
"The share Price has been on the rise after publication of our annual results for 2013-14 on April 03, 2014 and further upon declaration of 100% dividend in the AGM held on May 15, 2014.
It may be noted that our PBT for 2013-14 doubled to Rs. 88 crores from Rs. 44 crores in 2012-13. Before the result the price was hovering in the range of Rs. 110. After the publication of results there has been tremendous increase In the share price." |
