| Exchange Disseminated Time | Anant Raj Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014.
The dividend, if approved by the shareholders of the Company, shall be paid on or after October 06, 2014.
Further, in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company will provide e-voting facility to its shareholders to exercise their vote for transacting the business at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 30, 2014. The Company would be availing e-voting services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). The Board has fixed August 14, 2014 as the cut-off date to determine the shareholders (holding shares either in physical or electronic form) eligible to cast their vote electronically at the Annual General Meeting. |
