| Exchange Disseminated Time | NMDC Ltd has informed BSE that the Government of India has appointed Shri D. S. Ahluwalia as Director (Finance) on the Board of NMDC Ltd. for a period of five years with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
In terms of the above Government Order, Shri D. S. Ahluwalia has assumed charge of the post of Director (Finance) of the Company on January 01, 2015.
Further, notice is given that Shri S. Thiagarajan retired from the services of the Company on December 31, 2014 on attaining the age of superannuation. Accordingly, he ceased to be Director (Finance) on the Board of NMDC Ltd w.e.f. January 01, 2015. |
