| Exchange Disseminated Time | Samtex Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and review the Unaudited Financial (Provisional) Results of the Company of quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, in connection as per the Company’s code of Fair Disclosure & Conduct adopted pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed for all insiders from August 01, 2015 and shall be opened 48 hours after the intimation of outcome of above said Board Meeting to the Stock Exchange.
This intimation regarding closure of trading window shall be communicated to all the insiders of the Company. |
