Further, the 'Trading Window' for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company by Insiders, has/shall remain closed from one month prior to the date of board meeting till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 i.e. close of working hours of May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
