| Exchange Received Time 23/05/2017 16:52:07 Exchange Disseminated Time 23/05/2017 16:52:10 Time Taken 00:00:03 | | Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Para A of Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that, Karnataka State Pollution Control Board has issued its consent to our Company to start production for its E-Waste recycling plant setup on a 12 acre land at Narsapura Industrial Area, Old Madras Road; it's operations will include dismantling and segregation of E-Waste for recovery of precious metals like Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium and Rhodium. Further, we would also like to inform that, with this we have received all the necessary approvals and will be commencing operations with immediate effect. This would also probably be the only truly integrated E-Waste recovery facility, facilitating complete recovery of the E-Waste, Data Wiping and Destruction Services, Repair, Refurbishing and Re-Marketing Services as also full-fledged Asset management services. |
