| Exchange Disseminated Time | PVP Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Approved the audited Balance sheet and Profit & Loss Account of the Company as at March 31, 2011 along with the Auditors’ & Directors’ Report thereon.
2. Re-appointed Mr. R Nagarajan as a director, who retired by rotation and being eligible offered himself for re-appointment.
3. Re-appointed M/s. CNGSN & Associates, Chartered Accountants, the retiring Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and also authorised the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration |
