| Exchange Disseminated Time | FGP Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 06, 2015, inter alia, to approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to Company’s Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (the Code) by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities would be closed from Tuesday, July 28, 2015 till closure of Company’s business hours on August 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on August 09, 2015.
The Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company from July 28, 2015 upto August 08, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
