1. Mr. Mohan Waman Randive has resigned from being a director and a Whole Time director of the Company w.e.f. November 14, 2012.
2. Mr. Rajendra Kumar Choudhary has been appointed as the Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. November 14, 2012.
3. Mr. R. Ganesh Subramanian Iyer, Non- executive Independent Director of the Company has been appointed as a member of Audit Committee of the Company. |
