| Exchange Disseminated Time | Core Emballage Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Received, Considered and Adopted the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the report of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Directors in place of Smt. Divya Deepti Handa and Shri. (Dr.) Bima Patel retires by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of Auditors.
4. Revision in remuneration being paid to Mr. Rajiv Mehta as an Executive Director of the Company. |
