Further, Pursuant to provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the rules made there under and Clause 35B of the Listing. Agreement, the Company has fixed September 18, 2015 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of the Members to cast their vote electronically for the business to be transacted at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The e-voting period commences on September 20, 2015 (9:00 am) and ends on September 23, 2015 (5:00pm). |
