"Board of Directors of the Company has considered the request received from Mrs. Anjlee Prakash to declassify her from “Promoter” category of the Company on account of her not being associated with the management or functioning of the Company in any capacity since her resignation (September 30, 2003) as Director of the Company and her being neither interested or inclined to be associated with the management or functioning of the Company in future.
The Board by Circulation approved that the names of Mrs. Anjlee Prakash shall be excluded from the “Promoter’' category of the Company and that in any future correspondence including documents or filings with the Stock Exchanges / other statutory authorities, etc., Mrs. Anjlee Prakash shall not be included in the “Promoter” Category of the Company." |
