Extension Of Time In Convening And Holding Of The Meeting Of The Board Of Directors For Approval Of Unaudited Financial Results For The Quarter Ended 30Th June 2017.

Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the financial results are required to be submitted to the Stock Exchanges within 45 days from the end of each quarter.

The meeting would be conducted as scheduled. However, in order to facilitate smooth transition during the first year of Ind AS implementation the Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its circular no. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016 has granted an extension of one month i.e. till 14th September, 2017 for submitting the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 to the listed entities.

Further, in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015, Ind AS is required to be implemented by our company for the financial year beginning 1st April, 2017.

We would like to inform you that in accordance with the extension granted by the said SEBI circular, the company proposes to convene and hold the meeting of the Board of Directors for approval of financial results for the quarter end 30th June, 2017 on or before 14th September, 2017 by availing of the said extension.

This intimation supersedes the intimation vide letter dated 1st August, 2017 submitted to the Exchange with regard to Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 on the date of the Board Meeting.
