With reference to the above Code of Conduct, the Company hereby declares that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 21st October, 2017 till Thursday, 09th November, 2017 on account of the forthcoming Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, 06th November, 2017 to consider the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017.
As per the aforesaid Code, none of the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees as defined in the Code are allowed to deal in any of the securities of the Company, directly or indirectly during the prohibited period.
