Post allotment, the Equity Paid-up Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 37,92,24,916/- divided into 18,96,12,458 (Eighteen Crore Ninety Six Lac Twelve Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Eight) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each to Rs. 37,96,24,826/- divided into 18,98,12,413 (Eighteen Crore Ninety Eight Lac Twelve Thousand Four Hundred and Thirteen) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each. |
