| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 for all Designated Employees (Including Directors) from February 06, 2014 and shall remain closed upto February 14, 2014. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
