| Exchange Disseminated Time | Signet Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2010, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010, the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of Directors and the Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Saurabh Sangla, as director retiring by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s Ashok Khasgiwala & Company, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditor of the Company, to hold office from conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next
Annual General Meeting of the Company and authorizing the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration.
4. Appointment of Mr. Deepak Mehta & Mr. Murli Dhar Vashist as directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation. |
