1. Allotment of 2,23,200 Equity Shares after conversion of 2,23,200 Optionally Fully Convertible Warrants (OFCW's) of Re. 1/- to Promoter and Other Investors on Preferential basis, which are also entitled to Bonus Issue in ratio of 1:1 upon conversion of such OFCW'S into Equity Shares.
2. Appointment / Resignation of independent Directors of the Company.
