Films and Media Limited (the Company), in its meeting held today, appointed Mr. Sudhir Shukla, Mr. Anil Kapoor and Ms. Urmila Gupta as Additional Director of Skyline Radio Network Limited with effect from 09.08.2017.
The requisite disclosures in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 to the extent applicable to the appointment is given in the Annexure-I.
