1. To consider and approve Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016 and the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2016, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date.
2. To appoint Mr. Ravindra V. Joshi, Practising Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2015-2016 and fix remuneration.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for all the designated employees and directors from May 19, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
