| Exchange Disseminated Time | Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve the resolutions, by way of Postal Ballot.
- Ordinary Resolution:
To create charge / mortgage on Company’s Immovable property against the loan to be availed from Bank.
Duly completed Postal Ballot Form should reach the Company not later than the close of working hours on July 28, 2012.
The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman / Managing Director after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be announced thereafter by the Chairman / Managing Director at the corporate office / registered office of the Company on July 31, 2012.
