| Exchange Disseminated Time 15/10/2016 09:26:38 | Infomedia Press Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 14, 2016 approved appointment of Mr. Sushil Jain as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from October 14, 2016. With respect to his appointment, please note the following:
1. He will be the Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) to deal with dissemination of information and disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) under the Company’s Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
2. Pursuant to the Policy on Determination and Disclosure of Materiality of Events and Information, the Key Managerial Personnel have been jointly authorized to determine the materiality of an event / information to the stock exchanges pursuant to Regulation 30 (5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. |
