| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to earlier announcement dated April 18, 2014 regarding Shareholding Pattern For March 31, 2014, Selan Exploration Technology Ltd has now informed BSE that In aforesaid shareholding Pattern of one promoter (Mrs. Raj Kapur) holding 283 shares from Folio No. 120472002135675 was considered in Category code (B) (2) (b) [Page(3)] i.e. "Non-Institutional Individual shareholders holding nominal share capital upto Rs. 1 lakh" instead of Category Code (A) (1) (a) [Page (2) ] i.e. Promoter and Promoter Group Indian Individuals/Hindu Undivided Family. Therefore, the same has been rectified in Category Code (1) (b) [page (4)] i.e. "Statement showing holding of Securities of persons belong to the category 'Promoter and Promoter Group. Hence the Company has re-submitted revised Shareholding pattern for the said period. |
