| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/05/2016 15:25:16 | MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:
- Recommended Final Dividend @ Re. 0.10 per equity share of Rs.10/- each, for the year 2015-16, subject to the declaration of the same by the Members at the 14th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 28, 2016. The dividend, if declared by the members at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or before August 27, 2016.
