| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/08/2016 17:16:28 | With reference to the earlier letter dated August 09, 2016 conveying the intimation of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on September 01, 2016, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record, amongst other items of business, the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 alongwith Limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period (Q1).
In this regard, TV Today Network Ltd has now informed BSE that aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is now postponed and is scheduled to be held on September 08, 2016.
Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and keeping in view the postponement of aforesaid Board meeting, the Trading Window of the Company, which was closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 of the Company from August 10, 2016 shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company to the public (both days inclusive). |
