With reference to the earlier letter dated September 16, 2015 regarding the proposed transfer of entire 51% shareholding held by ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited in one of the Company's subsidiaries named ‘ARSS Bus Terminal Private Limited’ to ‘Welspun Enterprise Limited', ARSS Infrastructure Projects Ltd has further informed to BSE that that Company has completed the transfer formalities in relation to the Transaction and ARSS Bus Terminal Private Limited has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company with effect from September 23, 2015.
