Pursuant to the applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has allotted 1,33,910 equity shares of Face Value Re. 1/- per share to option grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013 (ESOP 2013). The Exercise Price of the said options is Rs. 147.50/- per share and the said shares shall rank pari-passu the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
The equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 14,63,15,027 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating to Rs. 14,63,15,027.
