The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from the services of the Company from the closing hours of November 7th, 2016. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mr. Alok Singh also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company. His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange. |
