| Exchange Disseminated Time | Super Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2014 decided the following:
1. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board appointed Mr. C. G. Kumar as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from June 01, 2014. The Board has recommended Mr. C. G. Kumar's appointment as Independent Director at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board appointed Mrs. Suguna Ravichandran as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from June 01, 2014. The Board has recommended Mrs. Suguna Ravichandran's appointment as Independent Director at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
