per share in the capital of the Company to Clearwater Capital Partners (Cyprus) Limited, the Bondholder upon conversion of part of FCCBs.
The issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company, after the allotment, has increased from Rs. 15,04,12,050/- divided into 1,50,41,205 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 17,13,91,980/- divided into 1,71,39,198 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. |
